Legal Administrative Assistant
Boutique Estate and Elder Law firm is seeking a qualified Legal Administrative Assistant with a minimum of two (2) years of drafting experience. Duties will include drafting estate planning documents and miscellaneous correspondence, meeting with clients, assisting clients with trust funding issues, drafting trust transfer documents, legal research, and maintaining client files. Must be a detail person with excellent writing skills and the ability to work independently. Strong organizational skills mandatory. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook required and Hot Docs preferably.
